I founded Morale Consulting in 2000 with the goal of providing customized business consulting services to meet the needs of local organizations on Haida Gwaii.
From 2015 to 2020 I was the Chief Administrative Officer for the Village of Queen Charlotte. I moved to municipal government having previously worked over 25 years with the
BC Public Service primarily in Human Resource Management before working in Terrace as the District Manager with the
Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure.
I hold an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management from Camosun College. I have worked on strategies as part of a Provincial Ministry Executive, delivered over $9 million dollars in key infrastructure projects in my community, and I am known for my creative problem solving skills and
ability to effectively manage complex issues.
